I’ve often been told I’d have to kiss a lot of frogs before I'd find my prince. However, I prefer to dissect them instead! Sadistic? Maybe just a little...

 Thank you to biology A-Level and my personal vendetta of the past frogs in my life I thoroughly enjoy dissecting over 25 frogs for this brownie. 

 Dairy milk Freddo's are melted into the batter to give a smooth, milky texture.  This is then layered with a copious amount of rich, velvety Dulce De Leche. Caramel frog legs are dispersed throughout giving just the right amount of solid chocolate, 16 heads are perfectly preserved to ensure each brownie has its very own Freddo. 

 

Please be aware we use gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, nuts and peanuts in our bakery. Suitable for vegetarians and does not contain alcohol.
