Refund policy

Cancellation:

For a full refund orders must be cancelled 3 working days before your chosen delivery date. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. To cancel an order which is due on Friday the latest a cancellation can be sent is by close of play Monday 5pm.  

Returns:

Unfortunately once brownies are out for delivery they can not be returned , brownies are perishable and can not be resold. I will be more than happy to resolve any issues please email sales@beesbrownies.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number.
