OMG, this? This! This is exactly what I imagine heaven to taste like. She’s dreamy, creamy, rich, she’s irresistibly moist, dripping with luscious, thick, sticky caramel... ughhh it sends shivers down my spine!
Ok so if you haven’t guessed it already, caramel is my thing!! Rolo chocolates are melted into the batter to give each bite that extra rich, sticky, gooeyness. It’s then layered with whole Rolo pieces and generous amounts of Dulce De Leche caramel.
This can be served as its intended 16 pieces, however a little really does go a long way and i like serving this personal favourite of mine at parties as mini Rolo tapas. Cut at just a little over one-inch squares add a few extra Rolos on top and you could get over 64 pieces!
